3Sigma offers a broad range of user-friendly level sensors, indicators, switches, and inventory management solutions by Monitor Technologies. Monitor has designed their level sensors, switches, and indicators to be low maintenance, accurate and reliable beyond the competition. Many level sensors, switches, and indicators are offered on a free-trial basis, so you can decide if it is the best solution for your application, at no risk.
There are two types of Level Measurement, Continuous Level Measurement and Point Level Measurement. Point level measurement sensors are used to point to a single discrete liquid height, a preset level condition which the operator selects. Usually this type of sensor signals the high, or an overfill of material. It also senses a low, or a low material condition. On the other hand, Continuous level sensors can provide level monitoring of an entire system. Continuous Level Sensors measure material level within a range, rather than at a one point, producing an analog output that directly correlates to the level in the vessel. To create a level management system, the output signal is linked to a process control loop and to a visual indicator.
3Sigma offers the following Point Level Switches, Sensors, and Indicators: Rotary Paddle Level Switch, VibraRod Level Switch, Tilt Level Switch, Capacitance Probe Level Sensor, and Capacitive Level Sensor.
3Sigma offers the following Continuous Level Switches: Guided Wave Radar Sensor, Silo Monitoring Unit, Level Cell Sensor, and C Level Sensor.
